The T7.270 Methane Power is a new milestone in the development of ag equipment running with alternative fuels. Following the launch of the T6.180 Methane Power, farmers running AD plants were convinced about the performance, ease of use, carbon footprint and profitability but the size of their business makes them ask for a more suitable tractor.
With its 270 hp available in any condition, the T7.270 Methane Power is able to pull the most demanding implements. Expectations around comfort are fully satisfied with the AutoCommand CVT transmission and the modern and fully customizable Horizon Ultra cab that offers the best sound proofing in the industry. The working range has been significantly extended: while the engine power has been increased by 80% compared to the T6.180 the fuel tank capacity has been tripled with 200 kg of Bio-CNG. For application like silage carting with a tridem trailer, the tractor can run up to 11 hours with one fill.
