The Atritor Turbo-Separator is the most versatile unconditioner. It is capable of separating liquids and solids from the most diverse packaging and containers... Thanks to a combination of centrifugal forces - self-generated air flows mechanical action and screening - up to 99% of dry or liquid materials can be removed from their packaging. The TS is ideal for separating non-compliant products, in single-stream or mixed, expired and poorly labeled products, coming from IAA, supermarkets and also kitchen and catering bio-waste: boxes, cans, metal or plastic bottles , blister, bags and sachets…
The TS includes a variable speed shaft, equipped with blades. The shaft rotates above multiple screens, each available in a wide range of sizes and models designed to achieve optimum separation efficiency.
