This new series of speed shredders includes the latest innovation from Willibald and can be used for both biomass processing and composting. This is how Willibald is now opening up to the production of biomass.
The shredder is also ideal for preparing agricultural inputs for methanization. It allows the preparation to be defibered and homogenized in order to speed up the process.
Fixed hammers and a reduced rotor rotation speed result in a reduction in noise, dust and fines and ensure the valorization of calibrated biomass for industrial boilers. This allows a significant reduction in operating costs, and therefore, an improvement in economic efficiency.
