For 1L batch reactors:
Constructed in welded HDPE
Compact design
Very low maintenance and corrosion free
Enclosed design minimises water loss and any surface cooling
Built to accommodate a 60 mm diameter ‘stick’-type thermostatic heater
Heater hole can be enlarged to 100 x 100 mm square to accommodate other thermostatic lab water bath circulators
Fitted with low voltage fused power bridge to supply power to the reactor stirrer motors
For 2L and 5L semi-continuous reactors:
Constructed in stainless steel with external closed cell neoprene high performance insulation
Dry tube design. Heat is transferred to the reactors through the internal tube walls from the constant temperature water jacket tank
The design allows reactor contents to be withdrawn by gravity through a bottom valve
The water bath can be heated by a 60 mm ‘stick’ thermostatic heater or other thermostatic lab water bath circulators
Provides a uniform temperature environment for reactors
Water loss is minimal due to the enclosed design
