Description
VOX Environnement has designed the Clean-SV, a washing robot for cleaning pallet boxes used to transport bio-waste.
This robot is equipped with a 6-axis arm, model GP180 from YASKAWA, which incorporates a specially developed gripping system for handling pallet-boxes in front of a high-pressure cleaning nozzle.
The pallet-boxes are conveyed to the robot by a gravity conveyor, and similarly, once cleaned, they are transferred to a receiving area by a gravity conveyor, where an operator retrieves them for storage.
Clean-SV is designed to wash pallet boxes of various sizes, as well as their lids. It can also be adapted to wash wheeled bins.
